Xbox añade nuevos juegos gracias a la retrocompatibilidad

Microsoft ha anunciado que ha añadido más de 70 juegos originales de Xbox y Xbox 360 a su catálogo de retrocompatibilidad de Xbox One y Xbox Series X|S. Podrás jugar a estos juegos si los tienes en disco o digitalmente, y la “gran mayoría” estará disponible para su compra digital a partir de este 15 de noviembre.

La nueva lista de títulos incluye las franquicias completas Max Payne y F.E.A.R., Skate 2, Dead or Alive Ultimate, Star Wars: Jedi Knight II, Star Wars: Starfighter y la serie Otogi.

Además, todos los títulos retrocompatibles añadidos contarán con una calidad visual mejorada con alto rango dinámico automático en las pantallas compatibles. Los juegos originales de Xbox experimentarán un aumento de resolución en todas las consolas Xbox Series y One en las pantallas compatibles (aumento de cuatro veces en Xbox Series X y Xbox One X, de tres veces en Xbox Series S, y de dos veces en Xbox One y su versión S). Once títulos también recibirán un aumento de la velocidad de fotogramas, entre ellos F.E.A.R., F.E.A.R. 3, Binary Domain y NIER.

Los títulos retrocompatibles existentes también recibirán una mejora en la tasa de imágenes por segundo, incluyendo toda la serie Gears of War, Fallout 3, Fallout: New Vegas, The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, Dragon Age: Origins, Dead Space 2, Dead Space 3, Alan Wake y Sonic Generations.
